Refund Policy

1. Overview

Oro AI Agent ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to delivering reliable AI-powered services. This Refund Policy explains how we handle cases where AI tasks do not complete successfully. Instead of monetary refunds, we provide credit restoration for failed tasks.

2. No Monetary Refunds

All purchases made through Oro AI Agent, including subscription plans and credit packages, are non-refundable. We do not issue monetary refunds for any purchases. Subscription billing and in-app purchases are managed through Google Play, and are subject to Google Play's own refund policies at the point of purchase.

3. Credit Restoration for Failed Tasks

If an AI task consumes credits but fails to complete successfully due to a system error on our end, we will restore the credits used for that task. Eligible scenarios include:

  • Server errors: The task failed due to an internal server error or service outage
  • AI processing failures: The AI model returned an error or timed out before producing a result
  • Duplicate charges: Credits were deducted more than once for the same task
  • Delivery failures: A generated post, reply, or message failed to be delivered to Facebook due to a system-side issue

4. What Is Not Eligible

Credit restoration does not apply in the following cases:

  • Dissatisfaction with AI output: If the AI completed the task but you are unsatisfied with the quality or content of the response
  • User error: Incorrect configuration, wrong page selection, or accidental task triggers
  • Facebook API restrictions: If Facebook rejects or limits actions due to your account status, page restrictions, or rate limits
  • Third-party API key issues: If you use Bring Your Own Key (BYOK) and your API key is invalid, expired, or out of quota
  • Network issues on your end: Connectivity problems on the user's device or network

5. How to Request Credit Restoration

If you believe credits were consumed by a failed task, you can request restoration by:

  1. Opening the Oro AI Agent app and navigating to Profile > Support
  2. Emailing us at [email protected] with your account email and a description of the failed task

Please include the approximate date and time of the failed task so we can investigate. We aim to review all requests within 48 hours.

6. Automatic Credit Restoration

In many cases, our system automatically detects failed tasks and restores credits without any action required from you. You will receive a notification in the app when credits are automatically restored.

7. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through Google Play. Upon cancellation:

  • You will retain access to your plan features until the end of your current billing period
  • No partial refunds are issued for the remaining days in a billing cycle
  • Unused credits do not carry over after your plan expires
  • Your account will revert to the Free plan once the billing period ends

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of Oro AI Agent after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
