How the pricing actually works
One plan, one monthly allowance of credits, and no per-seat or per-channel charge. Connecting a second channel does not cost more than the first — the same agent serves both, and only the work it does draws down credits.
A credit is $0.005
Credits are the unit usage is billed in, and the rate does not change between plans. What changes is how many you get each month: 100 on Free, and up to 16,000 on Business.
What consumes them
The agent’s work: replies to messages and comments, posts it writes or publishes, catalogue and review work, and the compute it uses in its own sandbox. Reading this page, connecting a channel or editing a rule costs nothing.
The tier you pick changes the cost per reply
A lite tier answers a routine question for a fraction of what a pro tier costs, and both are available on every plan. Busy pages usually run a lite tier by default and reserve a stronger one for the conversations that need it. See the tier reference.
Which plan fits
Free — to find out whether it works for you
100 credits a month, every feature unlocked, no card. Enough to connect a channel, teach the agent your products and watch it answer real customers for a while. Every model tier is available here too, not a reduced set.
Starter and Pro — a page that is genuinely busy
Starter suits one active page whose messages arrive daily. Pro is the common choice once several channels are connected and the agent is also publishing posts and handling catalogue and review work rather than only replying.
Max and Business — several businesses, or heavy media
Media work costs more than text: reading payment slips, understanding a photo a customer sent, processing video. If that is most of what your agent does, or you run more than one business from the same account, these are the plans sized for it.

What are credits?
1 credit = $0.005. Credits are consumed when your agent replies to a message or comment, publishes a post, or does other work for you. A lighter tier costs less per reply than a stronger one, so the tier you choose changes how far a plan goes.
Can I switch plans anytime?
Yes, upgrade or downgrade anytime from the app. Changes take effect immediately.
What happens when I run out of credits?
AI replies pause until your next monthly reset. You can upgrade to a higher plan at any time to get more credits immediately.
What is the cloud compute budget?
Cloud compute covers GCP Cloud Run usage for your deployed apps and agents. Free gets $5/month; all paid plans get $15/month. Custom agents you deploy scale automatically and only consume compute when active.
Can I manage multiple pages and businesses?
Free: 1 business + 1 agent. Starter: 3 each. Pro: 10 each. Max: 20 each. Business: unlimited. Each business gets its own dedicated AI agent with a separate knowledge base and persona.
Is my data safe?
We never store your Facebook password. Authentication uses Facebook's official OAuth flow. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. See our Privacy Policy for details.
