What is Oro AI Agent?
Oro AI Agent is an autonomous AI agent that a non-technical business owner deploys to run their customer channels. It answers messages and comments, publishes posts, manages product catalogues, verifies payments and reports back. It is not a chatbot builder: the owner describes the business, and the agent plans and executes multi-step work on its own.
Which channels does Oro AI Agent support?
Facebook Messenger, Instagram, WhatsApp, Telegram, LINE, TikTok, YouTube and Google Business Profile. It also connects to the user's own GitHub account to create repositories and publish sites to GitHub Pages. One agent works across every channel with one shared memory and one persona, so a customer can switch channels mid-conversation.
Do I need to write code to use Oro AI Agent?
No. The business owner describes the business in plain language and sets the persona, auto-reply rules, blocklist and escalation rules. There is no code, no servers and no DevOps.
Does the agent act without human approval?
The agent replies and publishes on its own, but the owner sets the rules it follows and approval gates exist for publishing actions. Payment-slip analysis flags a transfer for the owner; it does not settle an order. Oro does not make solely automated decisions that produce legal effects, or similarly significant effects, concerning an end customer.
Is customer data used to train AI models?
No. We do not train models on customer data, and we do not authorise a sub-processor to use it for anything other than producing the response that was requested.
How much does Oro AI Agent cost?
There is a free plan with 100 credits a month. Paid plans are Starter at $4.99 a month for 600 credits, Pro at $14.99 for 3,000, Max at $24.99 for 6,000, and Business at $59.99 for 16,000 credits. One credit is $0.005.

What is a credit?
A credit is the unit Oro bills usage in. One credit is $0.005. Replies, posts and other agent work consume credits from the monthly allowance on your plan.
Which platforms can I install Oro AI Agent on?
Oro runs on iPhone and iPad through the TestFlight beta today, and the web app runs in any modern browser. The Android app is coming soon.
Does Oro reply to comments as well as direct messages?
Yes. On Facebook Messenger and Instagram the agent answers both post comments and direct messages, and it can attach the right product photo to a reply.
Can one agent serve more than one channel?
Yes. One agent works across every connected channel with one shared memory and one persona, so a customer who starts on Instagram and continues on Messenger is still talking to the same agent about the same order.
How does Oro handle payment slips?
The agent reads a payment slip a customer sends and flags the transfer for the owner to approve. It does not settle an order on its own.
What happens if the agent is not sure how to answer?
The owner sets escalation rules and a blocklist that bound what the agent may do. When a message matches an escalation rule the agent hands it to the owner instead of answering.
Can Oro post to my channels on a schedule?
Yes. The agent publishes scheduled posts and can generate the post content, on Instagram, Facebook and TikTok.
Does Oro read my Google Business Profile reviews?
Yes. Oro reads the reviews on a connected Google Business Profile and drafts owner replies for approval.
What is the cloud computer the agent uses?
Every customer gets an isolated Linux sandbox where the agent can browse the web, run code, read and write files, transcribe audio, process images and video, and publish websites. It is per-customer and isolated, not shared.
