How to Delete Your Data

Oro AI Agent respects your right to data deletion. You can request deletion of your data at any time using any of the methods below.

Option 1: In-App Deletion

  1. Open the Oro AI Agent app
  2. Go to Profile tab
  3. Tap Account Settings
  4. Tap Delete Account
  5. Confirm your deletion request

Option 2: Email Request

Send an email to [email protected] with:

  • Subject: "Data Deletion Request"
  • Your Facebook account name or email associated with Oro AI Agent
  • The Facebook pages you connected (if known)

What Gets Deleted

When you request data deletion, we will permanently remove:

  • Your Oro AI Agent account and profile information
  • All connected Facebook page data (tokens, cached content)
  • Agent configurations and knowledge bases
  • Product catalog data
  • Conversation logs and AI response history
  • Usage analytics associated with your account
  • Any API keys stored for BYOK

What We Cannot Delete

  • Comments and messages already posted on Facebook (these are on Facebook's servers)
  • Anonymized, aggregated analytics data that cannot be linked back to you
  • Data required to be retained by law (e.g., billing records)

Processing Time

Data deletion requests are processed within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation email once your data has been permanently deleted.

Facebook Data Deletion Callback

If you remove the Oro AI Agent app from your Facebook settings, we automatically receive a data deletion callback from Facebook. This triggers the same deletion process described above without requiring a separate request from you.
