Oro AI Agent is an AI-powered Facebook page management platform that provides automated comment replies, Messenger bot functionality, post generation, product catalog management, page insights, and multi-agent systems. The Service is available through mobile applications and related APIs.

3. Account Registration

• You must have a valid Facebook account to use the Service
• You must be at least 13 years old
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You must provide accurate and complete information
• One account per person; sharing accounts is not permitted

4. Facebook Platform Compliance

By using our Service, you acknowledge that:

• We access your Facebook data through the platform's official APIs
• You authorize us to manage your connected Facebook pages
• You remain responsible for all content posted on your pages, including AI-generated content
• You must comply with Facebook's Terms of Service and Community Standards
• We may lose access to certain features if the platform changes their API policies

5. AI-Generated Content

Our Service uses artificial intelligence to generate responses and content. You acknowledge that:

• AI-generated content may not always be accurate or appropriate
• You are ultimately responsible for all content posted on your pages
• We recommend reviewing AI settings and monitoring responses
• We are not liable for any damages resulting from AI-generated content

6. Subscription Plans & Payments

• Free tier is available with limited features
• Paid plans (Starter, Pro, Business) are billed monthly
• Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis
• Downgrading may result in loss of access to certain features

7. Bring Your Own Key (BYOK)

If you use the BYOK feature to provide your own AI API keys:

• You are responsible for your API key security and usage costs
• We do not store your API keys in plain text
• Your API usage is governed by the respective provider's terms
• We are not responsible for charges incurred through your API keys

8. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Send spam, unsolicited messages, or misleading content
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Reverse engineer or decompile the Service
• Use the Service for any illegal or harmful activities

9. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by Oro Shin. You retain ownership of your content. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your content for the purpose of providing the Service.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Oro AI Agent and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.

11. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service with reasonable notice. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at our discretion if you violate these terms. You may terminate your account at any time by disconnecting your pages and requesting account deletion. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via the app or email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
